This one’s gonna be quick, but I really wanted to let you in on some of the cool stuff I’ve been coming across over the last few weeks.
Emily at “From China Village” has been keeping busy with her “Styled in Ireland” series. She is now up to her 3rd edition. When in Ireland, you’ll certainly want to know What To Wear To The Pub.
Online Irish Mag
Something new and exciting in the world of online magazines….
ISLE magazine (Irish Style Living & Enterprise) just launched this month. The first issue is up and waiting for you at www.islemagazine.com. Founded by Lisa McGee, the magazine sets out to feature stories from around Ireland, and will cover a wide range of topics including fashion, food, travel, business and much more. You can expect to see a new issue of the magazine with every new season.

Festivals Around Ireland
There’s still plenty going on around Ireland this time of year. Between now and the end of October you’ll have a chance to catch some of the following: Autumn Walking Festival, Irish Trad Music Festivals, Oyster Festivals, the Dingle Food and Wine Fest and much more. Discover Ireland has more info.
Back to ISLE magazine for this one 🙂 Who loves scones? The Irish certainly do. Here’s a tasty recipe you can try your hand at to make some delicious Cherry Scones.
Stuff from me!
If you haven’t been keeping up to date with the Ireland Travel Kit, now is as good a time as any to see the latest additions to the site. Take a look at my most recent entry, which should prove popular with the bird enthusiasts – The Saltee Islands – An Unrivalled Bird Sanctuary in Ireland’s Sunny Southeast
Lastly… I have opened up a directory page in an effort to create a go-to place for travel and culture blogs. If you have an active blog that fits that description, fill in the form and I’ll get you listed on the page as quick as I can.
That’s it for now! Have a really, really great weekend!
